Vårt verktøy for brukertesting i kunnskapsformidling

Én metode vi benytter i alle prosjekter for å innhente tilbakemeldinger, er brukertesting. Dette innebærer å observere personer fra vår målgruppe mens de bruker en tidlig versjon av produktet vårt, samtidig som vi lytter til at de «tenker høyt». Hovedmålet med denne metoden er å få en dypere forståelse av brukernes erfaringer, observere hvilke problemer brukerne møter, samle inn forslag og forbedre produktet basert på analyse av disse strukturerte observasjonene og tilbakemeldingene – snarere enn på gjetninger.
